The discovery call is your first step. It’s where we figure out:

We work with a range of small businesses—coaches, therapists, accountants, property pros and more. But we always tailor our support, and this call ensures we’re solving the right problems from the beginning.
🟩 Step 2: Strategy Call – Map the Funnel
Estimated time: 1–2 calls (up to 60 minutes each)
Once we’ve confirmed there’s a good fit, the next step is a strategy session (or two, depending on complexity).
In this call, we:
✅ Map out your sales funnel – from first contact to becoming a paying client
✅ Identify your bottlenecks and missed opportunities
✅ Highlight quick wins we can activate early
✅ Get your internal HighLevel Champion involved right away
This Champion might be you, your admin, or a team member you trust. They’ll join the call and begin understanding how HighLevel can serve the business.

This is where we roll up our sleeves.
In your onboarding call(s), we get your HighLevel sub-account up and running. This includes:
