Why Our HighLevel Workshops Have Been Such a Success

When we first started running HighLevel workshops at MarketerM8, I don’t think any of us realised just how important they would become to the business. At the time, they were launched for two very simple reasons — and one of them was actually me.

Reason 1: Julian wanted a way to stay in regular contact with our clients and bring them the latest updates on the HighLevel software. Because the platform evolves so quickly, it’s hard for busy business owners to keep up. Running weekly workshops meant clients could drop in, learn about new features, and see practical examples of how to use them.

Reason 2: I had just joined the team. As part of my onboarding, I sat in on every single workshop to learn the platform inside out — what it can do, how we use it for clients, and how to make it work in the real world. It was an incredible crash course that gave me a deep understanding of HighLevel very quickly.

Fast forward six months, and those workshops have become so much more than we expected. As we’ve refined how we run them, they’ve turned into a core part of our content strategy. The recordings now form an on-demand training library, and they’ve become a powerful lead magnet in their own right — attracting new business owners who want real, practical training rather than just theory.

What makes them truly unique, though, is how they stay up to date. HighLevel changes at an incredible pace, and by running a full 13-week workshop cycle over and over again, we’re constantly refreshing the content with the latest features and updates. The result is training that’s never static, never out of date, and always relevant.

We’ve spent a lot of time thinking about why the workshops have been such a success — and we believe it comes down to something very simple: people buy from people.

There’s something brilliant about jumping on a Zoom call with 10 or more of our clients, catching up with familiar faces, showing off new tools and features, and having a laugh along the way.

For us, that combination — staying sharp, sharing knowledge, and building real relationships — is what makes the workshops so worthwhile.
