Marketer-M8 has been utilizing the Extendly White Label HighLevel Onboarding Service to facilitate clients starting out with HighLevel.
To enable white-labeled HighLevel onboarding for new sub accounts, a white-label HighLevel agency must first engage the Extendly Support Services - More details can be found here. Upon enrollment in their white label support, agenices gains access to the White Label Onboarding assistance. The service charges agencies $99 per client onboarding.
Marketer-M8 selected the Ultimate Plan from Extendly, which is priced at $5990 per year and includes 25 complimentary client onboardings in the first year. By charging clients $300 for the onboarding, Marketer-M8 generates $7500, thereby covering the entire support operation costs for the first year. In subsequent years, as the client base grows, the annual $5990 Extendly fee becomes an operational expense.

Here's what happens from a client's perspective when they undergo onboarding by the Extendly team:
Clients sign up for the HighLevel subaccount package offered by the HighLevel white label agency. The onboarding can be an upsold or included in the subscription.
Clients receive an email from the agency to schedule their onboarding with "MyCRM" and complete a questionnaire, leading to booking two Zoom appointments - a Technical setup and a Training session.
The Technical setup is a 1-hour meeting to configure domains, integrations, calendars, phone numbers, connect social media profiles, and other technical needs. A recording of the meeting and a summary report with action points are provided to the agency.
The Training session is another 1-hour meeting aimed at ensuring the client is proficient in using the advanced features of the white-labeled HighLevel. A recording and a summary report of this session are also provided to the agency.
This onboarding process aligns perfectly with how we work here at Marketer-M8 and our diverse range of clients. The Extendly white-label onboarding might not be suitable for agencies working with a highly specialized niche requiring detailed snapshot imports. The Extendly team will not set out to become experts in learning and supporting sophisticated snapshots - they will only onboard clients with snapshots supplied by Extendly.
